Introduction to Gîte Rentals:

Foreign Currency: All prices are quoted in Euros.

Additional costs:
All properties are fully furnished and equipped. Unless otherwise indicated electricity above a weekly allowance of 56kwh, heating and linen hire may be an additional cost in properties other than Paris apartments. Electricity, heating and linen are included in all Paris apartment rentals.

Bookings: All houses and villas are for a minimum of 1 week (usually Saturday to Saturday). Please nominate precise arrival and departure dates BEFORE asking us to check availability. It can be helpful to nominate more than 1 choice in case the first is not available.
Once a booking is confirmed a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit (usually a quarter of the full rental) is payable within 7 days to confirm a booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Most Paris apartments are available on a nightly basis. (see descriptions).

Travel Insurance: As all payments are NON REFUNDABLE travel insurance including cancellation costs is strongly recommended.
